Delivery & price
We deliver from stock. Orders placed on working days before 16:00
and paid are sent the same day. Some products have a longer delivery time! The exact delivery time is stated for each product. All prices include VAT.

 

Complaint handling
It is, of course, annoying if you have a complaint about the service you have experienced. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint via the e-mail to the customer contact department. This can be done by e-mail, regular mail and / or telephone. Our employees of the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.

After receiving your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will notify you.
If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which we are affiliated.
From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. If the complaint is not yet under consideration elsewhere, you are free to deposit the complaint via the European Union platform.

Secure site & secure payment
Using advanced SSL technology, transaction data is encrypted and your data is securely transmitted over the internet. When paying, look at the 'https: //' in the address bar of your browser - the 's' stands for 'secure' (= safe).

You can pay easily and securely with iDEAL, credit card (Visa card, Maestrocard, Mastercard), PayPal, Bank transfer or secure payment afterwards via Billink.
 
iDEAL

With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases safely, securely and easily. You settle in your own trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. When you order the order you can indicate that you want to pay with iDEAL. Then click on the iDEAL payment button and select the bank. You will then be redirected to your own bank where the payment order is ready for you. You will be asked by your bank to enter a number of details and then you will authorize the payment. iDEAL is supported by Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ING Bank, Postbank, and SNS.

Paying with Billink is very simple. You receive your orders at home and you pay afterwards what you want to keep. No hassle with paying in advance or waiting for return money. On behalf of Billink you will receive an invoice which you can pay within 14 days.

Lightspeed payments



Lightspeed payments in collaboration with Mollie stands for safe processing of online payments. Lightspeed processes all payments for BijzonderMOOI *. You will be referred to a Lightspeed Payments page at the time of payment.
 
Prepayment
If you prefer not to pay online, you can also transfer the amount. Once the payment is received, we will send your order. Any costs for a transfer from abroad are at the expense of the buyer.

Credit card, Mastercard
1. you place your order and choose to pay by credit card.
2. Enter the credit card number, expiry date and CID / CVC code.
3. The data is sent to the credit card company.
4. You will receive a message when the transaction is authorized.
5. The amount will be debited from your account at the end of the month.

Fast delivery
We strive to deliver within two working days after receiving payment . Orders before 16.00 are shipped the same day. PostNL delivers in 98% of cases within 1 day. However, we can never guarantee that your order will arrive the next day.
 
When we send the order you will receive an e-mail from us. You can then assume that the package will most likely be offered the next day.

TIP! you can easily follow your order via your account (on the site at the top right 'log in' in the red bar). After logging in you can see here the status of your order and how many orders you have placed. You can also view your wish list here.

If after three days you have not received your package yet or just call us, we will check via Track en Trace where the package may be.

Pick up at the counter
Packages can be picked up at the address Van den Elsenstraat 20-A, in Son en Breugel. Always in consultation with Angela 06-12448555, so that the packages are ready for collection.
Deliver from stock
We deliver from stock. If the product is not in stock, it is stated on the relevant product and after your order you will be informed by e-mail of the expected delivery time. Orders are sent out completely. That is to say: if there is a product that is temporarily out of stock, we will wait until everything is available again. If the customer is in a hurry, we will send out the order in parts.

The package is offered in the Netherlands with signature receipt by PostNL or by our own drivers (with expensive or fragile products). There is offered twice. After that you will receive a collection message and you can pick up your order at the Post Office. The package will stay there for about 1 week.

We ship via UPS or PostNL abroad.

Exchange is no problem at all
Not completely satisfied with your order? Within 14 days after delivery you can return products without giving any reason.
 
Return shipments will only be processed as follows:

* You must report the return via info@bijzondermooi.nl , you can use the withdrawal form and send it back to us (via email).
* Pack the undamaged product (if it is possible in original packaging) in such a way that damage on return is avoided
* Ensure that the invoice number is stated when returning the goods
* As soon as we have received the items in good order, we will credit the purchase price within 10 working days.


If you keep one or more items from the order, you will only receive the costs of the rest of the order, not the shipping costs.

The costs for return shipments are fully at the expense of you. If an order is sent in an envelope, it may also be returned in an envelope .

Costs of return in a box depend on the size and weight of the box.
Pay attention to expensive products! It is advisable to have this insured returned. Defective products are not reimbursed by us.
