Send with Post.NL
When you have placed an order via our website, we will automatically send your order to Post NL after receipt of payment. You will receive an e-mail from BijzonderMOOI* that your order has been processed and that it has been delivered for delivery.
Your order will be sent with Post.NL, this can be letterbox post or parcel post.
All products from BijzonderMOOI* are in stock. This allows us to send your order immediately at the moment we receive your payment, except for payment afterwards.
If you ordered an item with a longer delivery time with your order, it may happen that you do not receive all items in one package. In that case we will only charge you the costs for shipping once and all other items within the same order will be delivered to you free of charge.
Different delivery address
During the ordering process you can indicate at which address you want your order delivered. In addition, Post NL undertakes two delivery attempts, neighbors delivery in the event of absence and a pick-up option of 3 weeks at the post office if delivery is not possible.
To keep the delivery costs clear for you, we have chosen to use a standard average delivery rate.

You have a cooling off period of 14 days to declare the product without giving any reason
return, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. For the return of the order the return costs are for your account. We will credit the amount within 14 days. How do I return my order?
Of course you can return the items that you have purchased from us. For all articles, these must, if possible, be in the original and undamaged state. If you want to return items you can send an email to email@example.com:
• Enter the subject "RETURN ARTICLE"
• Indicate which item it concerns, with order number and invoice number
• We would appreciate it if you state the reason for the return
• Make sure that the package is well sealed and hand over the package at the post office (keep the shipment with track-and-trace code). The shipping costs for return shipment are at the expense of the customer.
• After receiving your return you will receive an e-mail and the amount of the return shipment and any shipping costs will be refunded to the account with which the order has been paid.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we can not process return shipments that are not registered and without invoice number
BijzonderMOOI* buys high-quality and sustainable products with care. A lot of attention is also paid to the order processing. The warranty conditions of our suppliers apply to all articles in our range. The standard warranty period is three months or the applicable warranty conditions of the relevant brand. Our warranty provision can only be invoked under normal use. This means excessive or unnatural damage and wear, or damage due to improper use is not covered here. The invoice is a guarantee certificate. In case of defects, the products are first exchanged or repaired. If the product can not be repaired or if the exchanged product is also defective, you can return products against a refund of the full purchase price.
