How will my order be sent?

Your order will be sent with PostNL. In the unlikely event that you are not at home, your package will be offered again the next day. Did you also miss the package the next day? No worries! PostNL leaves a message in your letter box stating where you can pick up the shipment within 14 days.

Are you not often at home? Have your order delivered at work, with family, friends or acquaintances. Specify a different delivery address at checkout.

What are the delivery times?

Ordered before 16:00 = shipped today.

We do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Once we have received your payment, we will try to send it the same day. Usually you already have it the next day. It will take a little longer for orders outside the Netherlands. You will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail as soon as the shipment leaves our house.

I received a wrong or damaged article

Have you received a wrong or damaged item? please contact us. We ensure that you receive the correct item free of charge or that the damaged item is repaired or replaced (if possible).

How can I return an item?

6. Make sure the package is properly sealed and deliver the package to the post office (keep the proof of shipment with track and trace code). The shipping costs for return shipment are for your own account.

Note: The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. With a return shipment by mail you are responsible for this shipment. We recommend that you use a shipping method with track & trace. This way you have proof of shipment and there is the possibility to trace the package. You will receive an email from us as soon as we have received the package back. We will credit the amount within 14 days.

How do I get my money back?

Once we have received the items in good order, we will refund the purchase amount including shipping within 10 working days. Have you ordered multiple items and are you returning a part? Then we only refund the purchase amount without shipping costs.

Did you pay with iDEAL? Then we will transfer the payment back to your account.
Did you pay by credit card? Then we will refund the amount to your credit card. If you have returned part of the order, we will transfer the money to the specified account number.

How long do I have a warranty?

The standard warranty on all our products is 3 months or the applicable warranty provisions of the relevant brand. This can only be invoked with normal use. This means excessive or unnatural damage and wear, or damage due to incorrect use are not included. The invoice serves as a guarantee certificate. In the case of defects, the products are first exchanged or repaired. If the product cannot be repaired or if the exchanged product also shows defects, you can return the product against a refund of the full purchase amount.
